Along with the indigenous, Istrian varieties, in our vineyards we grow international ones as well - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot - from which we make Grabar.
By growing international varieties we want to show that the Istrian terroir is not suitable only for local Istrian varieties, but also for wines of international character.
